Grandview Antique Tractor & Machinery Club

Grandview Antique Tractor & Machinery Club

Grandview Antique Tractor & Machinery Club was formed in January 2009 to promote the collection, restoration, preservation, and exhibition of antique tractors and machinery and to promote the fellowship of those with common interests.

We meet once a month on the last Thursday of the month, with the exception of December. Prior to the meeting we have a pot luck.

Annual membership dues are $20 for an Individual Membership and $30 for a Family Member.

We have an annual show and enjoy participating in plow days, trail rides, parades, etc.

I was traveling through town today and came across a real nice group of guys showing off their farming tractors.  The club was in a store parking lot braving the cold weather and fierce wind so they can show the public how much they enjoy their activities.  A few of the members I met were Willie Williams, Thomas Williams, Joey Quattlebaum, and Tommy Poteet.  They formed the club about 2 months ago and meet every last Thursday of the month.  Willie told me they are welcoming new members and are looking for other opportunities to show their tractors off.  They have a Grandview Plow Day planned for May 2.  If you would like to get in touch with the Grandview Antique Tractor and Machinery Club you can call them at 817-866-2369 or email at GATMC@windstream.net.  Thank you for visiting JohnsonCountyEvents.com.
