52 to a Healthier You – Week 10

Texas Health Fitness Center HEB professionals have created a year-long video series to help people make manageable changes to their health.

The series focuses on improving fitness, nutrition and overall health for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Rather than focusing on changing diet and exercise at once, the series is designed to offer small tweaks to build sustainable changes. The goal is by the end of the year-long series that individuals will have improved their overall health and wellness.
