There are many things scheduled to happen in the Johnson County area the weekend of May 29-31. Here’s a list:
* Burleson Hot Sounds of Summer Concert Series begins May 29 in Old Town Burleson from 7:30-9:00
* Crawfish Boil Benefiting Godley HS Band. This will take place at Godley MS from 12-8 on Saturday, May 30. Also, there will be a garage sale at the middle school and the proceeds also support the band. Click on Godley High School Band for more information.
* Burles0n HHW recycling event. The city of Burleson will have a Harzardous Household Waste collection event only for Burleson residents. It will be on May 30 from 9-11. Click on HHW to see more details.
* Texas Pythian Children’s Home car show in Weatherford. This event is hosted by D&D Rockin Rods for the benefit of the Pythian Children’s Home. The show will take place on May 30. Click on car show for more info or call 817-797-1197
*Pecan Plantation Garden Tour. There will be a garden tour in Pecan Plantation in Granbury, TX on May 30-31. Click on Garden Tour for more information.
