Ms. Hedrick and her 3rd grade class at Godley Intermediate saved a baby bird that was brought to her last week. When Ms. Hedrick got the baby bird it was featherless, and it looked hopeless. As you can see, he’s doing fine. The students are active participants in this ordeal, as they learn responsibility and to care for living things. submitted-Jill Savage
